Mukhvaas and Soparis are the collective name given to a whole family of Indian after meal digestives. Mukhvaas and Soparis are famous for their taste and digestive properties and is also notable as being a mouth freshener.
Sopari or betel nuts is usually shredded or sliced into small pieces and flavoured and forms an integral part of a mukhvaas mix.
